Civic Engagement & Rights
Anti-racism, anti-discrimination, political empowerment and community building: we strengthen the African diaspora and marginalised groups in Germany – with spaces for encounter, networks of Black-led organisations and local places of togetherness.

- Safe spaces for encounter, exchange and empowerment
- Networking and capacity building for Black-led organisations
- Cultural identity and self-confidence of young people
- Community spaces in rural areas

Current projects
Kikili – Sandau Town Granary
In Sandau (Elbe) the listed former town granary is becoming a place for encounter, culture, education and remembrance – run by Kikili, with Bantu e.V. as fiscal sponsor.

Black Engagement Matters – Building Black Resilience
Ten Black resource persons were trained and 30 Black organisations across Germany were connected.

FashionEmpowerment
Weekly fashion and empowerment workshops – ending with a big show in front of 350 guests.
