Why do some children have access to good education and others do not – in Kampala as in Berlin? This training series shows how barriers to education in Uganda and Germany are connected: colonial education structures, unequal resources, exclusion based on disability, gender and origin. Experts from Anchored Bridges Initiatives join live from Kampala on every day. Together we develop realistic next steps for your own educational or community practice.

An education project for Berlin schools: rammed earth, seeds and colonial traces in the African Quarter – in cooperation with AfricAvenir International e.V.
Together with our partner ABI we covered school fees for children from poor families – and, with donations from the Wilhelm-Remy-Gymnasium in Bendorf, built ramps for step-free access to the school.
